1. Introduction

KYC Verification

88pct may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and utility bills confirming your residential address in Bangladesh. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

88pct processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Accepted Payment Methods

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

88pct offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated at the point of offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Sharing or selling bonuses between players is prohibited.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 88pct platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking their bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. 88pct accepts no liability for input errors made by players when placing bets.

Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on 88pct covers major tournaments including the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events. The following rules apply to all cricket betting markets:

• A match must be completed for bets to stand, unless specific in-play or partial-match markets state otherwise in their individual rules.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, 88pct reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

Casino & Slot Game Rules

The results of all games are final. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the 88pct platform without our express written permission.

Game titles, studio names, and provider brands displayed on the 88pct platform (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. 88pct makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property displayed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88pct shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the platform or any content therein. 88pct's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
